Each session is led by Eva Papadopoulou, a UK based integrative counsellor with over 25 years of experience. A highly experienced integrative counsellor and coach for individuals seeking clarity, balance, and personal growth, Eva combines evidence-based approaches to create tailored strategies that foster resilience, confidence, and meaningful change.
Eva has held leadership roles as a Clinical Director and Service Manager, equipping her with deep insight into supporting individuals in leadership and confidence-building. She holds an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy, an MSc in Art Psychotherapy, and a BA in Psychology, along with coaching and supervision qualifications. She is a member of BACP, APT, and AC.
