We’re not meant to carry things alone.

But most of us do.
Burnout, anxiety, emotional load, we push through without saying a word. Circe is a place to say the thing you’ve been holding back.
We promise, it's not just you.

Circe - Why Group therapy works. Two hands holding each other on a white bedspread

Why groups work

Hearing “me too” from someone who truly gets it hits different than any advice.

You see other women working through the same stuff.

You realize your anxiety isn’t a personal failing, it’s something brilliant, capable women deal with all the time.

And your therapist is there the whole time,
keeping the conversation grounded, productive, and safe.

What each session looks like

Each session begins with a short grounding exercise and therapist-led psychoeducation, followed by a structured group discussion.

Conversation is guided by a qualified therapist using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

You’re free to share at your own pace, or simply listen, while the therapist maintains a safe and supportive space.
