Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to make our cancellation process clear and fair.
1. Programme Fees
Programme fees vary depending on the group you join.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis for the duration of your programme.
2. Refunds
First Session Guarantee: If after your first session you feel the group is not the right fit, you may request a full refund.
After the First Session: Refunds are not available beyond the first session, except in exceptional circumstances at Circe’s discretion.
Therapist Cancellation: If your therapist cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
3. Missed Sessions
Fees are charged for all scheduled sessions, including those you miss.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.
4. Early Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your participation early, you may do so by contacting hello@my-circe.com.
You will not be charged for future months after your cancellation is confirmed.
Any sessions already billed for the current month are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Circe reserves the right to review requests for refunds in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances.
