Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to make our cancellation process clear and fair.

1. Programme Fees

  • Programme fees vary depending on the group you join.

  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis for the duration of your programme.

2. Refunds

  • First Session Guarantee: If after your first session you feel the group is not the right fit, you may request a full refund.

  • After the First Session: Refunds are not available beyond the first session, except in exceptional circumstances at Circe’s discretion.

  • Therapist Cancellation: If your therapist cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

3. Missed Sessions

  • Fees are charged for all scheduled sessions, including those you miss.

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. Early Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your participation early, you may do so by contacting hello@my-circe.com.

  • You will not be charged for future months after your cancellation is confirmed.

  • Any sessions already billed for the current month are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Circe reserves the right to review requests for refunds in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances.
